I have been working in customer focused/centric role for the past 5 years and have built a strong reputation as being able to resolve the customers’ issues, and usually on the first call. Known to be resilient and to stick with the issue until it is resolved to the customer’s satisfaction. Have often found more efficient ways of doing an existing task/process. Have documented these and informed rest of the team so that we can learn from each other.
Being on the Service Desk gives me the ability to delve into different areas of I.T. and take a deeper dive into various aspects that interests me further. I am a good team player, get along with everyone and bring with me a passion to learn new things.
